The Royal Rangers program is an activity-based, small group church ministry for boys and young men in grades K-12. Our mission is to evangelize, equip and empower the next generation of Christlike men and lifelong servant leaders. We provide Christlike character formation and servant leadership development for boys and young men in a highly relational and fun environment.

The Royal Rangers program is a cross-generational ministry that interconnects well with children, youth and adult ministries and fits easily into the fabric of pastoral vision and into the flow of church ministries. We affirm the male hands-on, interactive learning style by featuring an intentional discipleship journey for boys and young men based on their unique design, needs and interests. Every meeting, outing or service activity is designed to encourage boys and young men in their walk with God.
We provide men with the tools to model Christlike manhood as they mentor boys on a Bible-based, Christ-centered, Spirit-empowered journey to maturity in the faith. Boys learn to study and apply what the Bible says about integrity, doctrine, biblical worldview, cultural issues and manhood. In addition, the Royal Rangers ministry molds boys into servant leaders, teaching them vital social, equipping, attitude, leadership and service skills.
Groups
The Royal Rangers program at a local church is referred to as an “outpost” and may consist of one or more groups. Each group follows a program of activities based on the interests and abilities of boys in that group

The Royal Rangers program is defined by the underlying principles upon which it was built. Principals will remain Biblical; principles of evangelism, discipleship, leadership, achievement, and service that are represented by our pledge, code, motto and emblem.
In New York State, Royal Rangers is a mentoring program for future men. We provide Christlike character formation and servant leadership development for boys and young men in a highly relational and fun environment. Our mission is to evangelize, equip, and empower the next generation of Christlike men and lifelong servant leaders.
To remain in alignment with goals and purpose of the National Royal Rangers Ministry, as well as, the mission and core values set forth by The General Council of the Assemblies of God.
Ministry Plan
Mentoring Future Men
We prepare for, and our goal is to take Royal Rangers to a whole new generation of future men. We provide an effective means of discipling boys and young men by utilizing direct relationships between men and boys, developed around shared interests and experiences. We continue to be an activity-based ministry sharing experiences and learning techniques using subject matter essential to the varied interests of boys while focusing on the spiritual development of boys, which is to help them attain Christlike maturity.
Build Adult Leaders
To provide servant minded men throughout the New York Ministry Network with continual quality training that will empower them with the tools to model Christlike manhood as they mentor boys on a Bible-based, Christ-centered, Spirit-empowered journey to maturity in the faith. Boys learn to study and apply what the Bible says about integrity, doctrine, biblical worldview, cultural issues and manhood. Local Outreach
To reach into the community to share the message of Christ in a way that is clear, Biblical, and appealing to boys and young men. Maintain a central purpose of actively pursuing a plan to attract new boys through a diversified program of activities while sharing with them the gospel message.
